Common questions
Can I stack tiers?
Yes. Most clients start with the free audit, then take the tune-up if the workspace mostly works, or the 7-day sprint for a full rebuild and migration. After launch, they add the operating layer.
Is the price negotiable?
No. Every tier is a flat, fixed price, on the page. If your case is bigger than a tier, we tell you upfront and size the right one.
How do refunds work?
Sprint: if we miss the 7-day window, you do not pay and the workspace is yours to keep. Tune-up: fixed scope, agreed before we start.
Do I need the free audit before a tune-up?
No, but it is free and it is how we scope the tune-up. Most tune-ups start from an audit so we both know exactly what is being fixed.
What does the 7-day guarantee actually cover?
Workspace live, data migrated, six agents running, Notion docs written, and your team trained, in seven business days from kickoff. Or you do not pay. The clock depends on quick replies from your side, so slow answers move the date.
