Common questions
Can I stack tiers?
Yes. Most clients start with the free audit, then move to Setup or Sprint for the rebuild, or just the data migration if the rest of the workspace is already in shape. After launch, they switch to the Ongoing CRM manager.
Is the price negotiable?
No. Every tier is a flat, fixed price, on the page. If your case is bigger than a tier, I tell you upfront and we size the right one.
How do refunds work?
Sprint: if I miss the 7-day window, the sprint is free. Setup and data migration: fixed scope, with 14 days of Slack support after Setup to cover fix-ups.
Do you take retainer clients without a Setup or Sprint first?
Yes. The kickoff call reviews the current state of your Attio and confirms that six hours a month is the right pool for where you are.
Which tier has slot limits?
Free audit: 5 slots a week. Sprint: 2 slots a month. Ongoing CRM manager: 10 retainer slots total. Data migration and Setup scale with availability, not capped.
