How it works
1. Kickoff call
We review your current Attio setup, identify what needs attention, and align on priorities.
2. Ongoing work
You send requests as they come up — Slack, email, whatever works. I handle them without you needing to write specs or manage a backlog.
3. Regular check-ins
We sync periodically to review what's been done, what's coming, and whether anything in the CRM needs proactive attention.
