How it works
1. Kickoff call
We review your current Attio setup, the skills already running, and your priorities for the next 30 days.
2. Ongoing work
You send requests as they come up. Slack, email, or the Notion doc. I handle them against the 6-hour pool without you writing specs.
3. Monthly report
First week of each month, a Claude-driven health report: what degraded, what shipped, what to fix next. With my notes on top.
Why this, not a RevOps hire
A full-time RevOps or Ops Manager costs $7,000 to $15,000 a month loaded. For a 10 to 50 person team, $497 a month covers 80% of what that role actually does inside Attio without the hire.
Six hours a month is what most well-run workspaces need after a Setup or a Sprint. If your workspace drains more than that, we scope an additional hour block or move you to the next pool size.
Common questions
What happens if I don't use all 6 hours in a month?
Hours do not roll over. The pool resets each month. Most clients use 4 to 6 hours. Unused time is baked into the price.
What if I need more than 6 hours?
Add an hour block, or move up to the next retainer pool. I flag it when the pool is close to empty; you decide.
How do I send requests?
Slack, email, or the shared Notion doc. No tickets, no spec documents. Describe the outcome you want.
What is in the monthly health report?
Claude audits the workspace on the first of the month: pipeline drift, attribute coverage, automation failures, dedup debt, skill output quality. I add my notes on what to fix next. Delivered as a short doc in your Notion.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Thirty days notice. No annual lock. No cancellation fee.
Do I need to have done a Setup or Sprint with you first?
No. If your Attio is already set up and working, the retainer picks it up from wherever it is. The kickoff call reviews the current state before the first month starts.
