Operating layer. Your Claude agents kept healthy every month.
We are the mechanic for your Claude agents. We tune them, check their executions, and add new behaviors as your process changes. It runs on your own Attio account, so you own everything and there is no lock-in.
What's included
We tune your Claude agents so they keep doing the right thing as your data changes
We check agent executions and catch the runs that went wrong before they cost you
We add new agent behaviors as your process changes, without you writing specs
Field, pipeline, and object adjustments as the team evolves
Team questions and Attio support when something needs a human
Everything runs on your own Attio account, so you own it and there is no lock-in
Start here first
The operating layer is ongoing care, not a rebuild. If your workspace is not live yet, or it was set up wrong, start with one of these and move to the operating layer afterward.
A full Attio build from scratch (that is the 7-day sprint)
Fixing an existing setup that was built wrong (that is the tune-up)
Large-scale migration from another CRM (scoped as a separate project)
Building from scratch is the 7-day sprint at $2,000. Fixing a setup that was built wrong is the tune-up at $1,000. Then the operating layer keeps it healthy from there.
How it works
1. Handoff
Your workspace is already live after a tune-up or a sprint. We take over the running agents and confirm what each one is meant to do.
2. Ongoing care
We watch the agents run, tune them when your data shifts, and fix the executions that went sideways. You send new needs as they come up.
3. New behaviors
When your process changes, we add or adjust agent behaviors to match. It all stays on your own Attio, so nothing is locked to us.
Why this, not a RevOps hire
A full-time RevOps or Ops person costs roughly $7,000 to $15,000 a month loaded. The operating layer covers the ongoing upkeep of your agents and your Attio workspace at $900 a month, so you keep the setup healthy and evolving without making that hire.
It is optional and month to month. Most teams take it after a tune-up or a sprint, once the agents are running and worth keeping in good shape. If your process changes, we change the agents with it.
Common questions
Can I cancel?
Yes. It is optional and month to month. There is no annual lock and no cancellation fee. Since everything runs on your own Attio, you keep the workspace and the agents when you stop.
Do I own the agents?
Yes. The agents run on your own Attio account, not ours. You own the workspace, the data, and the agent setup. There is no lock-in and nothing to migrate if we part ways.
What if my process changes?
That is the point of the operating layer. When your process changes, we tune the existing agents and add new behaviors to match, without you writing specs.
Do I need a sprint or a tune-up first?
You need a live workspace. Most teams get there with a 7-day sprint (a build from scratch) or a tune-up (fixing an existing setup), then move to the operating layer. If your Attio is already live and working, the operating layer can pick it up as it is.
How do I send requests?
Slack, email, or a shared doc. No tickets and no spec documents. Describe the outcome you want and we handle the agent side.
What does the maintenance actually cover?
We tune your Claude agents as your data shifts, check their executions and catch the runs that went wrong, and add new behaviors as your process changes. Plus the field, pipeline, and object adjustments the team needs along the way.
