Do you work with other CRMs?
No. I specialize in Attio. I also work with middleware tools like Make, Zapier, and n8n for integrations and automation.
How long does a typical implementation take?
The 7-day sprint goes live in seven business days, migration and agents included, or you do not pay. A tune-up on an existing workspace is faster, usually a few business days once we have access.
Can you clean up an existing CRM?
Yes, that's a common project. I look at what you have, find duplicates and data issues, then clean things up and fix the processes.
What does a typical engagement look like?
We start with a call to understand your goals. I put together a plan, you approve it, I do the work. You get documentation and training at the end.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. Many clients work with me on a monthly retainer. Others prefer one-time projects with optional follow-up calls.
How does pricing work?
The audit is free. The tune-up and the 7-day sprint are flat, fixed prices, published on the pricing page. Ongoing care is the operating layer at a monthly fee. We confirm the fit on a call before starting.
What do you need to get started?
Access to your CRM, any existing documentation, and a conversation about your goals and current pain points. If migrating, I'll need access to the source system or export files.
