The data model
Objects, fields, and pipelines that grew wrong get reshaped around how your team actually works. No more fields nobody fills in and stages that do not match your process.
The automations
Automations that silently stopped firing, double-fire, or update the wrong record get repaired or rebuilt. You see them working before we hand back.
The Claude agents
Up to three Claude agents set up or retuned so they run reliably inside the workspace. Existing agents that drifted get pointed back at the right records.

A tune-up usually starts right after the free 48-hour audit. That tells us exactly what is set up wrong and what the fix covers.
2. The fix
We reconfigure the data model and workflows, repair the automations, and set up or retune up to three Claude agents.
3. Handed back
Everything is documented and handed back to you. It is yours to run. If you want us to keep it healthy, that is a separate ongoing option.

What is the difference between the tune-up and the sprint?
The tune-up fixes an Attio workspace you already have. The 7-day sprint at $2,000 builds one from scratch, including migrating your data from another CRM. If Attio is already live and just set up wrong, you want the tune-up. If you are starting fresh or moving off another tool, you want the sprint.
Do I need the free audit first?
It is the usual starting point. The free 48-hour audit shows us exactly what is set up wrong and what the tune-up needs to cover, so you know the scope before you pay for anything. You can book a call directly if you already know what is broken.
What does "set up wrong" actually mean?
The common patterns: a data model that does not match how you sell, so fields sit empty and stages do not fit your process. Automations that silently stopped firing or update the wrong record. Claude agents that were never set up, or drifted and stopped being useful. The tune-up covers all three.
How many Claude agents do I get?
Up to three, set up or retuned. If you have agents already, we point them back at the right records and get them running reliably. If you have none, we set up the ones that fit your workflow.
Is the price negotiable?
No. It is a fixed scope at $1,000. The work priced separately runs to about $2,500, so the tune-up is already the discount. No hourly overage, no scope-creep surcharge.
What happens after the tune-up?
It is documented and handed back, yours to run on your own. If you would rather we keep it healthy, tune the agents, and handle changes as your process evolves, that is the operating layer at $900/month. It is optional and separate from the tune-up.
