2. Grant access
You invite me to your Attio workspace and any other tools involved (Slack, Make, n8n, etc.) as a collaborator.
3. I build and test async
I build the automation in the background, test it on sample data, and ping you once it's ready to review.
4. You leave a short testimonial
If you're happy with the result, that's the only ask. A couple of sentences I can put on my site.
Why is this free?
Fair question. I'm growing the testimonials and case studies on this site, and the best way to do that is to ship real work for real teams. You get a working automation at zero cost and zero risk. I get proof that I can deliver. That's the trade.
If what you need turns out to be bigger than a single workflow, we can talk about scoping that as paid work later. But the first automation is on me, no strings attached.

Single-workflow automations: Slack alerts, task creation on stage change, webform-to-Attio capture, daily reminders, record routing. If it runs on one trigger and a few steps, it is a fit.
What is the catch?
No catch. You get a working automation. I get a testimonial I can put on my site. If the scope turns out bigger than one workflow, we can talk about paid work. The first one is free either way.
How long does it take?
Most automations are delivered within 2 to 3 business days. I build async in the background and ping you when it is ready.
Do I need to give you access to my Attio workspace?
Yes. You invite me as a collaborator so I can build and test the automation on real data. I only access what is needed for the workflow.
What if I need more than one automation?
The first one is free. After that, additional automations can be scoped as paid work or included in an implementation or ongoing support plan.
What tools do you use to build automations?
Native Attio automations where possible. Make, Zapier, or n8n when the workflow involves external tools like Slack, Xero, Notion, or outreach platforms.
