Do you only work with Attio and Pipedrive?

Those are my two specialties, but I also work with other CRMs on a case-by-case basis. If you're using HubSpot, Airtable, or another platform, reach out and we can discuss your needs.

How long does a typical CRM implementation take?

It depends on scope. A basic setup with clean data and a few automations usually takes 1–2 weeks. Larger projects with complex migrations, custom workflows, and integrations can take 3–6 weeks.

Can you help clean up an existing CRM that's already messy?

Yes, that's a common project. I audit the current state, identify duplicates and data issues, then work through cleanup, deduplication, and process fixes to get things back on track.

What does a typical engagement look like?

We start with a discovery call to understand your goals and pain points. Then I create a plan, get your approval, and execute the work. Throughout the project, I keep you updated and involve your team as needed. At the end, I provide documentation and training.

Do you provide ongoing support after implementation?

Yes. Many clients work with me on a monthly retainer for ongoing optimization, reporting updates, new automations, and team support. Others prefer one-time projects with optional follow-up calls.

How do you approach pricing?

Pricing depends on scope and timeline. Quick audits are typically fixed-fee. Implementation sprints are either fixed-fee or day-rate based on complexity. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer. I always provide a clear proposal before starting work.
